Have you ever tried coloring as anti-stress therapy?
Last year I’ve bought my first coloring book without knowing anything about coloring. Every time I felt stressed, frustrated and even stuck I would feel this urge to open the book. Coloring really helped me to release all those emotions and calm my mind. But it wasn’t always so easy.
To tell you the truth, the first few weeks I sucked at this! It was horrible! I couldn’t decide what I wanted to color, which colors to use and how to start. I felt so disconnected from colors, beauty and creativity that I couldn’t let myself just play and enjoy the process.
